Study on Reaction Synthesis of TiN by Mechanical Alloying

Abstract

Nano-structural TiN powder was synthesized with TiH _1.924powder in N atmosphere by high energy milling,compared with Ti powder as primary powder,it is shown that the synthesizing rate of TiN will be increased if TiH _1.924is taken as a start powder.
